From understanding Mexico to finding the right conversation
For a Chinese company entering Mexico for the first time, the challenge is rarely a lack of information. The harder questions are which information is reliable, which partners are worth meeting and what to do first.
MOXICHINA helps turn an early idea into a practical, verifiable action plan. We do not promise orders, approvals or investment results without evidence.
Our five-step process
1. Understand your project
We clarify your company, product, target city, current stage, timeline and main concern. We first assess the right starting point rather than immediately recommending a contact.
2. Build an initial market view
We organize the relevant questions around market opportunity, city choice, customers, channels, logistics, people, language, payments and compliance.
3. Screen possible local connections
Where appropriate, we look for potential distributors, logistics providers, warehouses, industrial parks, professional firms or industry resources. Confirmed information and items still requiring verification are presented separately.
4. Prepare the first conversation
We can help prepare company and product materials, bilingual communication, a meeting question list, a factory-visit route and the points to confirm on site.
5. Review what happened and decide
After the conversation or visit, we help organize confirmed items, open questions, missing materials and the next decision. Your team decides whether to proceed.
Start with a small project
Initial Mexico market view
An industry and city assessment, key opportunities and risks, a site-visit recommendation and a view on whether more investment is justified.
Factory-visit preparation
City and route planning, an initial review of industrial areas and visit targets, meeting preparation, a site question list and travel notes.
Initial local-partner screening
Potential partner research, basic business-scope notes, initial interest confirmation and a clear list of risks and items to verify.
Expo and channel evaluation
Relevant event screening, an assessment of fit, an approach for meeting buyers and partners, and a follow-up plan.
Fees and boundaries
Before work begins, we confirm the scope, deliverables, timing, service fee and any third-party costs in writing. Any referral fee or other commercial relationship will be disclosed in advance.
We do not replace lawyers, accountants, customs brokers, certification bodies or government offices. Website content is not legal, tax, immigration, customs or investment advice.
Submit your project
Tell us your industry, product or project, target city, current stage, specific question and expected start date. We will first assess whether MOXICHINA is a suitable fit and what the most sensible first step is.
